PEMANFAATAN SISTEM INFORMASI SEBAGAI PENDUKUNG PEMILIHAN LOKASI WISATA KULINER (Studi pada pengguna aplikasi zomato)

Abstract

This research uses descriptive method with qualitative approach, and there are three problem formulation, that is (1) How is the description of the use of culinary based business application information? (2) What are the strengths and weaknesses of culinary applications based on information systems as business supporters? (3) How is the culinary business application based on supporting information systems in the decision of the culinary tourism site selection decision? Data sources from informants, observations, documents, and documentation. Data analysis uses four stages: data, data reduction, presentation data, and withdrawal. The results showed (1) the use of Zomato applications by users and culinary businessmen can be said to be easy, because only through some uncomplicated procedures and already there is the process of input, processing, and output data. (2) The power possessed by Zomato and Zomato apps for businesses can already support the culinary business, but there are still some shortcomings that need to be given. (3) a form of support in choosing a culinary place given Zomato is the information provided by Zomato in Zomato Apps which is a menu, values ​​and views provided by users based on experience while in disebuah restaurant.

Penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dan terdapat tiga rumusan masalah, yaitu (1) Bagaimana gambaran penggunaan aplikasi bisnis kuliner berbasis informasi? (2) Apakah kekuatan dan kelemahan aplikasi kuliner berbasis sistem informasisebagai pendukung bisnis? (3) Bagaimana aplikasi bisnis kuliner berbasis sistem informasi mendukung dalam pengambilan keputusan pemilihan lokasi wisata kuliner?. Sumber data diperoleh dari informan, observasi, dokumen, dan juga dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan empat tahap yaitu, pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) penggunaan aplikasi Zomato oleh pengguna maupun pebisnis kuliner dapat dikatakan mudah, karena hanya melalui beberapa prosedur yang tidak rumit dan sudah terdapat proses input, processing, dan output data. (2) Kekuatan yang dimiliki oleh aplikasi Zomato dan Zomato for business sudah dapat mendukung bisnis kuliner, namun masih terdapat beberapa kekurangan yang perlu diperbaiki. (3) Bentuk dukungan dalam memilih tempat kuliner yang diberikan Zomato yaitu informasi yang diberikan oleh Zomato dalam Zomato Apps yang berupa menu, nilai dan ulasan yang diberikan pengguna berdasarkan pengalaman ketika berada disebuah restoran.
