PENGARUH KOMPENSASI FINANSIAL DAN KOMPENSASI NON FINANSIAL TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION (Studi Pada Karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) APJ Malang)

Abstract

The study was conducted on the employees of PT. PLN (Persero) APJ Malang to determine the effect of financial compensation and non-financial compensation to turnover intention simultaneously or partially. This type of research is a explanatory research with a quantitative approach and using questionnaires. This study used a sample of 53 employees. Data analysis technique of this research is descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear regression analysis. Test results F and t test with a calculated F value of 30.668 which means that a significant difference between the financial compensation and non-financial compensation simultaneously or jointly against turnover intention. T test results stating that the financial compensation variables have t calculate equal to 6.795 and compensation nonfinancial have t calculate equal to 1.779 means that a significant difference between the financial compensation and non-financial compensation to turnover intention partially or each.

Abstrak

Penelitian pada karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) APJ Malang untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi finansial dan kompensasi non finansial terhadap turnover intention secara simultan atau parsial. Jenis penelitian adalahexplanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan metode kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel 53 karyawan.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil Uji F dan Uji t, dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 30,668 yang berarti bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kompensasi finansial dan kompensasi non finansial secara simultan atau bersama-sama terhadap turnover intention. Hasil Uji t menyatakan variabel kompensasi finansial memiliki t hitung sebesar 6,795 dan kompensasi non finansial memiliki t hitung sebesar 1,779 berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kompensasi finansial dan kompensasi non finansial terhadap turnover intention secara parsial atau masing-masing.
