PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA KARYAWAN (Studi pada Karyawan Tetap Giant Ekstra Gajayana Malang)
Abstract
Based on the results of tcount < ttable (0.502 < 2.012) and the value of Sig. > α (0.618 > 0.05), the influence of the work environment toward work performance is not supported. Unsupported work environment can be caused by the average age of the respondent. There are studies that say that the average age of 32 years is more concerned with the need for security for their work, so employees are more concerned with motivation at work than their work environment. Based on the results of tcount > ttable (5.679 > 2.012) with the value of Sig. < α (0.00 < 0.05), work motivation has an influence toward employee performance based on t test. The results of the F test show that the R Square value is 0.461 or equal to 46.1%, which means that the two independent variables have the same effect toward the dependent variable. Another 53.9% did not include the variables examined in this study.

ABSTRAK
Berdasarkan hasil thitung < ttabel (0,502 < 2,012) dan nilai Sig. > α (0,618 > 0,05), pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap prestasi kerja tidak didukung. Tidak didukungnya lingkungan kerja dapat disebabkan karena rata-rata umur responden. Terdapat penelitian yang menyebutkan bahwa rata-rata umur 32 tahun lebih mementingkan kebutuhan akan rasa aman terhadap pekerjaannya, sehingga karyawan lebih mementingkan motivasi dalam bekerja dibandingkan lingkungan kerjanya. Berdasarkan hasil thitung > ttabel (5,679 > 2,012) dengan nilai Sig. < α (0,00 < 0,05), motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan berdasarkan uji t. Hasil uji F menunjukkan nilai R Square sebesar 0,461 atau sebesar 46,1% yang berarti kedua variabel bebas memiliki pengaruh bersama-sama terhadap variabel terikat. 53,9% lainnya tidak termasuk variabel yang diteliti pada penelitian ini.
