Abstract

This study aimed to know The Impact of Organization Culture and Work Satisfaction of Y’s Generation toward Organizational Citizenship Behavior. There are six variables in this study. They are Market Culture, Adhocracy Culture, Hierarchy Culture, Clan Culture, Work Satisfaction Of Y’s Generation, and OCB-O. This study used qualitative method. The subject of this study is the Y Generation employers in the head office of PT. BPR Tunas Artha Jaya Abadi. The data collection was applied by questionnaires as the instrument that were given to 50 respondents. The data analysis technique being used in this study was an analysis of double-linier regression. The hypothesis of this study was tested by Partial Test (T) and Simultaneous Test (F). The result of this study showed that the impact of Market Culture, Adhocracy Culture, Hierarchy Culture, Clan Culture, and Work Satisfaction Of Y Generation toward OCB-O is 72,8%. Partially, Market Culture, Clan Culture and Job Satisfaction of Y Generation have significant impact toward OCB-O. On the other hand, Adhocracy Culture and Hierarchy Culture did not have significant impact toward OCB-O.

ÐBSTRÐK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja Generasi Y terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Terdapat 6 variabel yang terdapat dalam penelitian ini, yaitu Market Culture, Adhocracy Culture, Hierarchy Culture, Clan Culture, Kepuasan Kerja Generasi Y, dan OCB-O. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Subyek penelitian adalah karyawan generasi Y PT. BPR Tunas Artha Jaya Abadi Kantor Pusat. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket yang disebar kepada 50 orang responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diuji menggunakan Uji Parsial (T) dan Uji Simultan (F). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh secara Market Culture, Adhocracy Culture, Hierarchy Culture, Clan Culture, Kepuasan Kerja Generasi Y terhadap OCB-O memiliki persentase sebesar 72,8%. Secara parsial, Market Culture, Clan Culture, dan Kepuasan Kerja Generasi Y memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap OCB-O, namun Adhocracy Culture dan Hierarchy Culture berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap OCB-O.
