PENGARUH KNOWLEDGE SHARING TERHADAP INDIVIDUAL INNOVATION CAPABILITY DAN KINERJA KARYAWAN (Studi pada Karyawan Rumah Opa Kitchen and Lounge)

Abstract

This research uses explanatory research with quantitative approach. The sample used amounted to 40 respondents who are employees of Rumah Opa Kitchen and Lounge bu using saturation sampling. Data collection method used in this research is questionnaire. Data analysis using descriptive analysis and path analysis. The result of the research shows that: (1) Knowledge Sharing (X1) has direct effect on Individual Innovation Capability (Y1), (2) Knowledge Sharing (X1) has positive effect on Employee Performance (Y2), (3) Individual Innovation (Y1) has a positive effect on Employee Performance (Y2), (4) Knowledge Sharing (X1) has a significant partial effect on Employee Performance (Y2) through Individual Innovation Capability (Y1). Therefore, it is expected that Rumah Opa Kitchen and Lounge can maintain and enhance Knowledge Sharing behavior, because Knowledge Sharing variable has significant effect to Individual Innovation Capability and Employee Performance. If the Knowledge Sharing behavior is improved, it will make it easier for employees to acces knowledge and learn it, that will improve employee ability to innovate and improve employee performance.

Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 40 responden yang merupakan karyawan Rumah Opa Kitchen and Lounge dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Knowledge Sharing (X1) memiliki pengaruh secara langsung terhadap Individual Innovation Capability (Y1), (2) Knowledge Sharing (X1) berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y2), (3) Individual Innovation Capability (Y1) berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y2), (4) Knowledge Sharing (X1) berpengaruh signifikan parsial terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y2) melalui Individual Innovation Capability (Y1). Dengan demikian, diharapkan Rumah Opa Kitchen and Lounge dapat mempertahankan serta meningkatkan budaya Knowledge Sharing, karena variabel Knowledge Sharing mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Individual Innovation Capability dan Kinerja Karyawan. Apabila budaya Knowledge Sharing ditingkatkan, maka akan memudahkan karyawan untuk mengakses pengetahuan dan mempelajarinya, sehingga akan meningkatkan kemampuan karyawan untuk berinovasi serta meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.
