EVALUASI PENGAWASAN PEMBERIAN KREDIT SEBAGAI UPAYA UNTUK MEMINIMALKAN NON PERFORMING LOAN (Studi Pada Kredit Ritel Komersial PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Cabang Kawi Kota Malang)

Abstract

This reseach was made to know the banking procedure to provides credit services to its customers Retail Commercial and Non Perfoaming minimizing Loan (NPL) especially at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Branch Kawi Malang. The number of customers of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Branch Kawi Malang cause many are applying for credit as many as 470 customers in 2012, 558 customers in 2013 and as many as 800 customers in 2014 (PT. BRI (Persero), Tbk: 2015 ) In the Retail Loan Commercial PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Branch Kawi Malang experienced fluctuate in 2012-2014. NPL level in 2013 at 2.44%, which is already experiencing a decline from the previous year and has been below the safe limit set by Bank Indonesia at 5%. But based on credit analist data in 2014 the percentage of NPLs increased significantly be 6.08% which indicates that the percentage is above the safe limit of BI, so it caused a bank in unfavorable conditions. Based on the explanation, it is important for evaluation oversight of retail credit commercial loan and how to resolve the non-performing loan (NPL) PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Branch Kawi Malang which could harm the bank.

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini dibuat untuk mengetahui prosedur perbankan dalam memberikan kredit Ritel Komersial kepada nasabahnya serta cara meminimalkan Non Perfoaming Loan (kredit bermasalah) khususnya pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Cabang Kawi Kota Malang. Pada Kredit Ritel Komersial PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Cabang Kawi Kota Malang mengalami fluktuatif dalam periode 2012-2014. Tingkat NPL pada tahun 2013 sebesar 2,44% yang sudah mengalami penurunan dari tahun sebelumnya dan telah berada di bawah batas aman yang ditentukan oleh Bank Indonesia sebesar 5%. Akan tetapi bedasarkan data analis kredit pada tahun 2014 persentase NPL mengalami kenaikan yang signifikan menjadi 6,08% yang menunjukkan bahwa persentasenya berada di atas batas aman BI, sehingga hal ini menyebabkan bank dalam kondisi yang tidak baik. Berdasarkan penjelasan tersebut, penting adanya evaluasi pengawasan pemberian kredit kredit ritel komersial dan cara mengatasi Non Performing Loan (kredit bermasalah) PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Cabang Kawi Kota Malang yang dapat merugikan pihak bank.
