ANALISIS PENGARUH DWELLING TIME TERHADAP PENDAPATAN (Studi pada PT. Terminal Petikemas Semarang tahun 2011-2015)

Abstract

This paper seek to analyze dwelling time that influence to the income of PT. Terminal Petikemas Semarang in 2011-2015 periods. Dwelling time has 3 steps of process such as Pre clearance, customs clearance, and post clearance. This research used a explanatory research and quantitative method. The result of this research is indicated that there is a positive significant impact of Pre clearance, customs clearance, and post clearance to the port income. It means that the longer Pre clearance, customs clearance, and post clearance the higher of charge stack that included in port income. It happened because of progressive charge where it was different between period to another period.

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dwelling time berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan pada PT. Terminal Petikemas Semarang pada tahun 2011-2015. Dwelling time terdiri atas 3 proses yakni Pre clearance, customs clearance, dan post clearance. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh positif signifikan dari Pre clearance, customs clearance, dan post clearance terhadap Pendapatan pelabuhan. Pengaruh positif signifikan yang dimaksud berarti semakin lama Pre clearance, customs clearance, dan post clearance maka biaya penumpukkan akan semakin besar serta berujung pada meningkatnya pendapatan pelabuhan. Hal ini dikarenakan penerapan tarif penumpukkan secara progresif dimana penumpukkan dari masa ke masa mengalami peningkatan tarif perhari.
