PENGARUH TASK-ERP FIT DAN PEMANFAATAN ERP TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (Studi Pada Karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jawa Timur Area Malang)

Abstract

Along with the development of technology is rapidly increasing, every company should be able to use information technology well so that business activities can be run more effectively and efficiently. One systems that used by many large companies are ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning). SAP (System Application and Products in data processing) is one of the ERP software products which have the ability to integrate a wide variety of modules or business applications, where each application represents a particular business area. This study aims to identify and explain the Task-fit ERP and ERP Utilization partially has positive influence on employee performance, Task-fit ERP and ERP Utilization simultaneously has positive influence on employee performance. In this study, the population are all employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Distribution of East Java Malang Area as many 70 employees, using saturation sampling and questionnaires to collect data. The results of this study are: Task-ERP Fit has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, ERP Utilization has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Task-ERP Fit and ERP Utilization, simultaneously, influence on employee performance.

ABTRAK

Seiring perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat, setiap perusahaan diharapkan mampu memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dengan baik supaya kegiatan binis dapat berjalan lebih efektif dan efisien. Salah satu sistem yang digunakan oleh banyak perusahaan berskala besar adalah sistem ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning). SAP (System Application and Product in data processing) adalah salah satu produk perangkat lunak ERP yang mempunyai kemampuan untuk mengintegrasikan berbagai macam modul atau aplikasi bisnis, dimana setiap aplikasi mewakilkan area bisnis tertentu. Pada pemanfaatan suatu sistem informasi perlu memperhatikan tingkat kesesuaian antara tugas dengan teknologi yang digunakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan variabel Task-ERP fit dan Pemanfaatan ERP berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan secara parsial serta untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan variabel Task-ERP fit dan Pemanfaatan ERP secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jawa Timur Area Malang dengan jumlah responden 70 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah teknik sampel jenuh dengan metode pengumpulan data kuesioner. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: Task-ERP fit berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Pemanfaatan ERP berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Terdapat pengaruh secara simultan Task-ERP Fit dan Pemanfaatan ERP terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.
