PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA FISIK DAN NON FISIK TERHADAP KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA (Studi Pada Karyawan Pabrik Gondorukem dan Terpentin Sukun Perum Perhutani Kesatuan Bisnis Mandiri Industri Gondorukem dan Terpentin II, Ponorogo)

Abstract

This research aims to explain physical work environment, non-physical work environment, work safety and health of employee, and to know and analyze impact of physical work environment, non-physical work environment on employee safety and health in PGT Sukun Perum Perhutani KBM IGT II,Ponorogo partially and simultaneously. Explanatory research was used as the method by using quantitative approach from questionnaire and documentation. This research used 43 respondents as sample. Descriptive technique and multiple regression analysis with partial and simultaneous hypothesis test is used as an analysis technique. The result shows that there is significant impact of physical work environment on work safety with calculated t amounted to 2,428. There is significant impact of non-physical work environment on work safety with calculated t amounted to 2718. There is significant impact of physical work environment on work health with calculated t amounted to 2,245. There is significant impact of non-physical work environment on work health with calculated t amounted to 2,871. There is significant impact of physical work environment and non-physical work environment on work safety with calculated F amounted to 23,290. There is significant impact of physical work environment and non-physical work environment on work health with calculated F amounted to 23.065.

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan lingkungan kerja fisik, non fisik, keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja karyawan serta mengetahui dan menganalisis secara parsial dan simultan lingkungan kerja fisik dan lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja karyawan PGT Sukun Perum Perhutani KBM IGT II,Ponorogo. Metode yang digunakan explanatory research, dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui kuisioner dan dokumentasi. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 43 responden. Teknik analisis menggunakan teknik deskriptif, dan regresi linier berganda dengan pengujian hipotesis uji parsial dan uji simultan.  Hasil analisis dan pembahasan diperoleh kesimpulan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan, variabel lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap keselamatan kerja dengan t-hitung 2,428. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan, variabel lingkungan kerja non-fisik terhadap keselamatan kerja dengan t-hitung 2,718. Terdapat pengaruh signifikan, variabel  lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kesehatan kerja karyawan dengan t-hitung 2,245. Terdapat pengaruh signifikan, variabel  lingkungan kerja non-fisik terhadap kesehatan kerja dengan t-hitung 2,871. Terdapat pengaruh signifikan, variabel lingkungan kerja fisik dan lingkungan kerja non-fisik secara simultan terhadap variabel keselamatan kerja dengan F-hitung 23,290. Terdapat pengaruh signifikan, variabel  lingkungan kerja fisik dan lingkungan kerja non-fisik secara simultan terhadap variabel kesehatan kerja dengan F-hitung 23.065.
