PENGARUH PELATIHAN TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN KERJA DAN KINERJA KARYAWAN (Studi pada karyawan AUTO 2000 Malang-Sutoyo bagian divisi service)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh on the job training terhadap kemampuan kerja karyawan, pengaruh off the job training terhadap kemampuan kerja karyawan, pengaruh on the job training terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh off the job training terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan pengaruh kemampuan kerja karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di AUTO 2000 Malang-Sutoyo khususnya bagian divisi service. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penjelasan (explanatory research). Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur. Berdasarkan hasil analisis terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan on the job training terhadap kemampuan kerja sebesar 0,029. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan off the job training terhadap kemampuan kerja sebesar 0,014. Dapat dilihat pula terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan on the job training terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,02. Pada off the job training terhadap kinerja karyawan terdapat pengaruh yang siginifikan sebesar 0,015 dan kemampuan kerja terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari nilai signifikan yang ditentukan yaitu sebesar 0,05. Kemampuan kerja berstatus sebagai variabel moderator atau penguat dalam hubungan off the job training terhadap kinerja karyawan, karena nilai pengaruh tidak langsung lebih besar dari pengaruh langsung. Hal ini berarti off the job training akan mampu menaikkan kinerja lebih besar jika melalui peningkatan kemampuan.

Abstract

This research intent to describe influence on the job training to job ability fires an employe, influence off the job training to job ability fires an employee, influence on the job training for performance to fire an employee, influence off the job training for performance to fire an employee, and influences job ability influence fire an employee for performance to fire an employee. The research was conducted in AUTO 2000 Malang-Sutoyo especially the service division. This research use explanation method. Analytical techniques used which is analysis descriptive and analysis path. Based on the analysis there is a significant influence on the job training on employability skill with regression coefficient to 0.029. There is a significant off-the-job training for employability skills with regression coefficient to 0.014. It can be seen that there is a significant influence on the job training on employee performance of 0.02. In off-the-job training on employee performance there were significant effects of 0.015 and the ability to work on the variable performance of employees with significant value of 0.000 is less than the specified value is significant at 0.05. Workability status as a moderator variable in the relationship or amplifier off the job training on employee performance, because the value of the indirect effect is larger than direct influence. This means that off-the-job training will be able to raise greater performance if through capacity.
