PENGARUH FUNGSI SERIKAT PEKERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI KERJA (Studi pada Karyawan Tetap Bagian Produksi PT. Berlina Tbk. Pandaan)

Abstract

Resolution; Harmonious, Dynamic, and Justice of Industrial Relations; and Aspiration Distributors on Job Satisfaction and Work Motivation partially. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. Population in this study is 100 permanent employes of production department of PT. Berlina Tbk. Pandaan. Total sample is 50 people from four divisions: Blow Moulding, Injection Moulding, Tooth Brush and Decoration. The sampling technique is proportional random sampling. This research uses a descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis that describes path analysis. The company is expected to maintain and improve service on aspirations channel, because the Aspiration Distributors has significant and dominant influence on Work Motivation, so that the employers have higher motivation to work becomes better.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh Pihak Pembuat Perjanjian Kerja Bersama dan Penyelesaian Masalah Buruh; Hubungan Industrial yang Harmonis, Dinamis, dan Berkeadilan; dan Penyalur Aspirasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja secara parsial. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian penjelasan (explanatory research) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang karyawan tetap bagian produksi PT. Berlina Tbk. Pandaan. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 orang yang terdiri dari 4 divisi yaitu Blow Moulding, Injection Moulding, Tooth Brush dan Decoration. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara proportional random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial yang menjelaskan analisis jalur (analysis path). Diharapkan pihak perusahaan dapat mempertahankan serta meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap penyalur aspirasi, karena variabel Penyalur Aspirasi mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan dan dominan terhadap Motivasi Kerja, sehingga motivasi kerja akan semakin baik.
