PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (Studi Pada Karyawan PT. Bank Himpunan Saudara 1906, Tbk KC Malang)
Abstract
The objective of research is are the influence of variable Work Environment and variable Work Motivation simultaneously and partially on variable Employee Performance of Bank Saudara of Malang Branch Office. Research type is explanatory research with quantitative approach. Sampling technique is saturated sampling (census) who are counted for 35 persons. Result of research indicates that there is simultaneous and partial influence of variable Work Environment and variable Work Motivation on variable Employee Performance as shown by Equation Y = 9.465 + 0.244 X1 + 0.359 X2. Coefficient of regression variable Work Environment is 0.244 (b1) showing the influence rate of variable Work Environment on variable Employee Performance. Coefficient of regression variable Work Motivation is 0.359 (b2) indicating the influence rate of variable Work Motivation on variable Employee Performance.

Abstrak
Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel Lingkungan Kerja dan variabel Motivasi Kerja secara simultan dan parsial terhadap variabel Kinerja Karyawan Bank Saudara KC Malang. Jenis penelitian adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh (sensus) karena jumlah karyawan kecil yaitu sebesar 35 orang. Hasil dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh variabel Lingkungan Kerja dan variabel Motivasi Kerja secara simultan dan parsial terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan Y = 9,465 + 0,244X1 + 0,359X2 koefisien regresi variabel Lingkungan Kerja sebesar 0,244 (b1), menunjukkan besarnya pengaruh variabel Lingkungan Kerja terhadap variabel Kinerja Karyawan. Koefisien regresi variabel Motivasi Kerja sebesar 0,359 (b2), menunjukkan besarnya pengaruh variabel Motivasi Kerja terhadap variabel  Kinerja Karyawan.
