PENGARUH KOMPENSASI FINANSIAL DAN KOMPENSASI NON FINANSIAL TERHADAP MOTIVASI KERJA DAN KINERJA KARYAWAN (Studi pada karyawan Telkomsel Cabang Malang)

Abstract

Compensation consists of financial and nonfinancial, goods and services, and nonfinancial finance is not available in the form of money, goods and services more to the satisfaction of work, training and recognition. Giving a good compensation will encourage employees to work more productively. This research uses explanatory research. Methods of data collection conducted by distributing questionnaires to 49 responden that is employees of Telkomsel Branch Malang. The sampling technique used was saturated sample. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis and path analysis. Based on the results of the study can be concluded financially compensation and non finansial compensation can affect employee performance through work motivation. This matter is done by comparing between financial value with work motivation equal to 0,415, significant with probability equal to 0,002(p <0,05), obstacle (β) non finansial material with work motivation equal to 0,326, significant with probability From 0,015 (p<0.05), the obstacle (β) between yield and employee performance is -0.013, not significant with probability of 0.441 (p>0.05), halo path (β) nonfinancial assets with employee performance of 0.170, not significant with probability equal to 0,916 (p>0,05), obstacle (β) work motivation with employee performance equal to 0,530, significant with probability equal to 0,006 (p <0,05)

Kompensasi terdiri dari kompensasi finansial dan  non finansial, kompensasi finansial berbentuk uang, barang dan jasa, dan kompensasi non finansial tidak dalam bentuk uang, barang ataupun jasa tetapi lebih kepada kepuasan terhadap pekerjaan, pelatihan dan pengakuan. Pemberian kompensasi yang semakin baik akan memberikan dorongan kepada karyawan untuk bekerja semakin produktif. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian explanatory research. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan membagikan kuesioner pada 49 responden yaitu karyawan Telkomsel Cabang Malang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat dіsіmpulkan bahwa kompеnsasі fіnansіal dan kompеnsasі non fіnansіal dapat bеrpеngaruh tеrhadap kіnеrja karyawan mеlaluі motіvasі kеrja.
