PENGARUH PERCEIVED ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT (POS) TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASIONAL DAN KINERJA KARYAWAN (Studi pada Karyawan Bagian Produksi CV Dwi Putra Perkasa Garment)
Abstract
Employee performance is a form of employee’s work that measured from constantly standard. There are varians factors that can lead to a better performance, two of which are the Perceived Organizational Support (POS) and organizational commitment. The purpose of this reasearch is to reveal relationship Perceived Organizational Support (POS) on employee performance with organizational commitment as intervening variable on production section employees at CV Dwi Putra Perkasa Garment. Quantitative approach is used in this reaserch. Variables in this research are Perceived Organizational Support (POS), organizational commitment and employee performance. The sample of this research consist of 80 people. Data collection techniques applied in this research are primary data collection by distribute the questionnaire and secondary data collection by documentary the archives of the organization and related literature as references. The researcher uses path analysis technique with SPSS V.24 to analyze the data. Analysis’s results shows that Perceived Organizational Support (POS) variable has positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, Perceived Organizational Support (POS) variable has positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment variable has positive and significant effect on employee performance, and organizational commitment mediates the relationship between Perceived Organizational Support (POS) on employee performance.
