KESUKSESAN IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN KEAMANAN SISTEM INFORMASI SEBAGAI PENCEGAH CYBER CRIME (Studi pada Mahasiswa Aktif Tahun 2017 Jurusan Bisnis angkatan 2014-2016 Fakultas Ilmu Administrasi Universitas Brawijaya)

Abstract

This research was conducted on the basis of the information system security policy applied to Brawijaya University students by using the concept of implementation of policy according to George Edward III. The purpose of this study is to analyze the positive influence of user factor and UB ICT policy factor on the Brawijaya University security policy. The sample of this research is 99 students of Administrative Science FacultyBrawijaya University by using questionnaire as research instrument. The result of the research shows that user factor and ICT policy factor have positive and significant influence on the implementation of Brawijaya University information system security policy. The results of this study indicate that Brawijaya Uniersity's information system security policy is succesful in the implementation based on the high rating by students on Brawijaya University's information security policy that has been applied.

Penelitian ini dilakukan atas dasar kebijakan keamanan sistem informasi yang diterapkan kepada mahasiswa UB dengan menggunakan model konsep keberhasilan implementasi kebijakan menurut George Edward III. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh positif variabeluser dan variabel kebijakan TIK UB terhadap kesusksesan kebijakan keamanan sistem informasi UB. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 99 mahasiswa FIA UB dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian.Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor user dan faktor kebijakan TIK UB mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap implementasi kebijakan keamanan sistem informasi UB. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan keamanan sistem informasi UB sukses dalam implementasi hal ini ditunjukkan dari penilaian yang tinggi oleh mahasiswa terhadap kebijakan kemanan sistem informasi UB yang telah diterapkan.
