PENGARUH IMPOR DAN NILAI TUKAR TERHADAP INVESTASI LANGSUNG ASING DI INDONESIA (Studi pada Bank Indonesia Periode Kuartal I 2006 – Kuartal IV 2013)

Abstract

ABSTRACT

The  purpose  of  this  study  is  to  see  the  significant  influence  between  imports  against  foreign  direct investment, a significant influence on the exchange rate of foreign direct investment, and the effect of simultaneous imports and exchange rate against foreign direct investment. This type of research using this type of research explanations (explanatory research) with quantitative approach. This study population using time series data imports, the exchange rate and foreign direct investment. Determination of the sample based on time series data in the first quarter of 2006 - the fourth quarter of 2013, as many as 32 samples. Results of this research found a positive effect between imports against foreign direct investment and significant . Variable exchange rates have no significant influence . Results of simultaneous test ( F test ) showed that the variables imports and the exchange rate has a significant effect on foreign direct investment.

ABSTRAK

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh signifikan antara impor terhadap investasi langsung

asing, pengaruh signifikan nilai tukar terhadap investasi langsung asing, dan pengaruh simultan impor dan nilai tukar terhadap investasi langsung asing. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian penjelasan (explanatory research) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini menggunakan data time series impor, nilai tukar rupiah dan investasi langsung asing. Penentuan sampel berdasarkan data time series pada kuartal satu dari tahun 2006  -  kuartal empat tahun 2013, yaitu sebanyak 32 sampel.  Hasil Penelitian ini menemukan adanya pengaruh positif antara impor terhadap investasi langsung asing dan signifikan. Variabel nilai tukar tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan. Hasil uji simultan (uji F) didapatkan bahwa variabel impor dan nilai tukar memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap investasi langsung asing.
