PENGARUH KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI KERJA (Studi pada Karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) Area Malang)

Abstract

This study aims to describe the safety, Health and Employee Motivation and job satisfaction, describes the influence of Safety against the job satisfaction, describes the influence of occupational health on job satisfaction, influence of Safety of Work Motivation, influence of occupational health to the motivation, influence of job satisfaction Motivation. Based on the results of the analysis show that significant safety effect of job satisfaction indicated by the value of t is smaller than the significance of a = 5% (0.000 < 0.05). Occupational health effect significantly to job satisfaction, indicated the value of t is smaller than the significance of a = 5%  (0.005 < 0.05). Occupational health effect significantly to job satisfaction, indicated by the value of t is smaller than the significance of a = 5%  (0.005 < 0.05). Safety influence significantly to motivation, indicated by the value of t is smaller than the significance of a = 5%  (0,027 < 0.05). Occupational health effect significantly to motivation, shown with the value significance of little more than t a = 5%  (0,023 < 0.05). Job satisfaction influence significantly to motivation, shown with the value significance of little more than t a = 5% % (0.000 < 0.05).

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan Keselamatan Kerja, Kesehatan Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja, menggambarkan pengaruh Keselamatan Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, menggambarkan pengaruh Kesehatan Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, menggambarkan pengaruh Keselamatan Kerja terhadap Motivasi Kerja, menggambarkan pengaruh Kesehatan Kerja terhadap Motivasi Kerja, menggambarkan pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Motivasi Kerja.  Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa keselamatan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi t lebih kecil dari dari a = 5% (0,000 < 0,05). Kesehatan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi t lebih kecil dari dari a = 5% (0,005 < 0,05). Keselamatan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi t lebih kecil dari dari a = 5% (0,027 < 0,05). Kesehatan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi t lebih dari kecil dari a = 5% (0,023 < 0,05).
