EFEK TAYANGAN PROGRAM REPORTASE INVESTIGASI TERHADAP PERSEPSI KUALITAS DAN KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN (Studi Pada Masyarakat Pengkonsumsi Bakso di Daerah Jalan Suyudono Semarang Jawa Tengah)

Abstract

ABSTRAK

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terjadi efek yang ditimbulkan akibat dari melihat tayangan Reportase Investigasi dengan topik “Waspada Bakso Daging Babi – Bukan Bakso Biasaâ€. Efek tersebut adalah warga menjadi takut dan resah serta menghentikan pembelian bakso, karena konsumen saat itu tidak percaya akan kualitas bakso yang dijual oleh pedagang keliling di daerah tersebut. Dampak tersebut akan tetapi tidak semata-mata hanya karena melihat tayangan Reportase Investigasi itu saja, melainkan ada faktor lain yaitu kekuatan komunikasi antar warga yang membuat kekuatan isue tersebut semakin besar dan melekat di benak masyarakat atau konsumen. Dengan demikian terdapat efek yang ditimbulkan dari tayangan Reportase Investigasi terhadap persepsi akan kualitas bakso yang menyebabkan berkurang atau bahkan hilangnya minat beli konsumen terhadap bakso yang dijual oleh pedagang bakso keliling.
