PENGARUH ON THE JOB TRAINING DAN OFF THE JOB TRAINING TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (Studi pada Karyawan Tetap PR. Sejahtera Abadi)

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the effect of on the job training and off the job training on employee performance. This type of research is explanatory research. The number of samples in this study is 55 permanent employees of PR. Sejahtera Abadi who having trained. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Descriptive analysis results showed that the average respondent’sanswer that on the job training and off the job training the company had done having sufficient frequency and the employee performance have a good results. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that partially on the job training has a significant influence on employee performance and off the job training also has a significant influence on employee performance, and as simultaneously on the job training and off the job training has significant influence on employee performance. Keyword : On the job training, Off the job training, Employee performance Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengaruh on the job training dan off the job training terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory research. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini 55 karyawan tetap PR. Sejahtera Abadi yang sudah mengikuti pelatihan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis deskriptif yang diperoleh menunjukkan rata-rata responden menilai bahwa On the Job Training dan Off the Job Training yang dilakukan perusahaan mempunyai frekuensi pelaksanaan yang cukup dan Kinerja Karyawan mempunyai hasil yang cukup baik. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial on the job training mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karayawan dan off the job training juga mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta secara simultan variabel On the Job Training dan Off the Job Training mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
