PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN DAN KOMUNIKASI ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (Studi pada Karyawan PT Jatim Times Network di Kota Malang)

Abstract

This research background of the company's efforts to improve the performance of employees is a goal to be achieved by the company. Performance is highly dependent on the awareness of each employee. To improve the performance of employees of the company must to maintain the existence of human resources one of the efforts made is to improve employee performance by creating leadership and good communication with employees.The purpose of this study are 1To determine the influence of leadership on employee performance 2)To determine the effect of organizational communication on employee performance and 3)To determine the influence of leadership and organizational communication together on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of PT Jatim Times Network Malang, amounting to 35 people. Data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis with multiple regression analysis methodBased on the results of research and discussion that has been done then it can be concluded as follows: 1) Leadership significant effect on employee performance of PT Jatim Times Network Malang 2)Organizationalcommunication significant effect on employee performance PT Jatim Times Network Malang 3)Leadership and organizational communication significant jointly to the performance of employees of PT Jatim Times Network Malang

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi adanya upaya perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kinerja para karyawan merupakan tujuan yang akan dicapai oleh perusahaan. Kinerja sangat tergantung pada kesadaran dari tiap-tiap karyawan. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan perusahaan wajib untuk menjaga keberadaan sumber daya manusia salah satu upaya yang dilakukan yaitu meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dengan menciptakan kepemimpinan dan komunikasi yang baik dengan karyawan.Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu 1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan 2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dan 3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan komunikasi organisasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Jatim Times Network Malang yang berjumlah 35 orang.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dengan metode analisis regresi berganda.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan maka dapat diambil kesimpulan sebagai berikut: 1) Kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Jatim Times Network Malang 2) Komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Jatim Times Network Malang 3) Kepemimpinan dan komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Jatim Times Network Malang
