PENGARUH IKLIM ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DENGAN VARIABEL MEDIATOR KEPUASAN KERJA (Studi Pada Karyawan PT Poso Energy Bogor)

Abstract

The research aims to analyze and explain the influence of organization climate towards employee performance with job satisfaction as mediator variable on employees of PT Poso Energy. The type of research that has been used is explanatory research with quantitative approach, the sampling technique that has been used is probability random sampling. The data collection technique has done by using distributed questionnaire to employees of PT Poso Energy with 52 respondents. The data analysis technique that has been used in this research is descriptive analysis and path analysis. The result of this research show that organization climate variable (X) has a significant and positive to job satisfaction (Z) in the amount of 0,667 or 66,7% with a score significant as big as 0,000 (0,000<0,05). Organization climate variable (X) has a significant and postive to employee performance (Y) in the amount of 0,545 or 54,5% with a score significant as big as 0,000 (0,000<0,05). Job satisfaction variable (Z) has a significant and positive to employee performance (Y) in the amount of 0,276 or 27,6% with a score significant as big as 0,032 (0,032<0,05). TeknÑ–k analÑ–Ñ•Ñ–Ñ• data yang dÑ–gunakan dalam penelÑ–tÑ–an Ñ–nÑ– adalah analÑ–Ñ•Ñ–Ñ• deÑ•krÑ–ptÑ–f dan analÑ–Ñ•Ñ–Ñ• jalur (path analyÑ•Ñ–Ñ•). HaÑ•Ñ–l darÑ– penelÑ–tÑ–an Ñ–nÑ– menunjukkan bahwa varÑ–abel Ñ–klÑ–m organÑ–Ñ•aÑ•Ñ– (X) berpengaruh Ñ•Ñ–gnÑ–fÑ–kan dan poÑ•Ñ–tÑ–f terhadap kepuaÑ•an kerja (Z) Ñ•ebeÑ•ar 0,667 atau 66,7% dengan nÑ–laÑ– Ñ•Ñ–gnÑ–fÑ–kanÑ•Ñ– Ñ•ebeÑ•ar 0,000 (0,000<0,05).
