PENGARUH DAMPAK PERKEMBANGAN TINGKAT EKSPOR DAN IMPOR TERHADAP NILAI TUKAR NEGARA ASEAN PER DOLLAR AMERIKA SERIKAT (Studi Pada International Trade Center Periode Tahun 2013-2015)

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of development levels of exports and imports, the effect of partial decline in export rates, and the effect of partial decline in import rates on ASEAN countries exchange rate per US Dollar. The type of this research is explanatory research, the Research’s Variable is export and import as independent variable and exchange rate as dependent variable. Population and Sample in this research month data series of export value, import value, and value of period of year 2013 until 2015 counted 36 (3 years x 12 months). Method of analysis in this research is Descriptive Statistic Analysis, Classic Assumption Test, Inferential Statistic Analysis and Determination Coefficient Analysis. The results of this study indicate that; 1) Exports and imports simultaneously affect exchange rates; 2) Partial exports negatively affect the exchange rate; 3) Partial imports have negative effect on exchange rate. Suggestions and Recommendations that can be given from researchers in this study is expected the government to make the country's economic growth is not getting weakened and can also be used as a reference for further research.

ABSTRAK

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh perkembangan tingkat ekspor dan impor secara simultan, pengaruh perkembangan tingkat ekspor secara parsial, dan pengaruh perkembangan tingkat impor secara parsial terhadap nilai tukar Negara ASEAN per Dollar AS. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian explanatory, Variabel Penelitian ini adalah ekspor dan impor sebagai variabel bebas dan nilai tukar sebagai variabel terikat. Populasi dan Sampel dalam penelitian ini data month series nilai ekspor, nilai impor, dan nilai periode tahun 2013 hingga 2015 sebanyak 36 (3 tahun x 12 bulan).Metode Analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah  Analisis Statistik Deskriptif, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Analisis Statistik Inferensial dan Analisis Koefisiensi Determinasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa; 1) Ekspor dan impor secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap nilai tukar; 2) Ekspor secara parsial berpengaruh negatif terhadap nilai tukar; 3) Impor secara parsial berpengaruh negatif terhadap nilai tukar. Saran dan Rekomendasi yang dapat diberikan dari peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah diharapkan pemerintah agar dapat membuat pertumbuhan ekonomi  negara tidak semakin melemah dan juga dapat dipakai sebagai acuan bagi penelitian selanjutnya.
