PENGARUH MOTIVASI EXISTENCE, RELATIONSHIP, GROWTH (ERG) TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA (Studi Pada Karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Pembangunan Jawa Bagian Timur dan Bali II)

Abstract

This research was conducted in order to determine and explain the existence needs, relationship needs, growth needs and employee performance, and analyze the influence among variables simultaneously and partially. This type of research is explanatory research with quantitative approach.Sampling technique used was proportional random sampling technique, the research instruments are questionnaires and documentation. Employee motivation based on the needs of existence, relationship needs, the growing needs of the employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Main Unit of East Java and Bali Development II has been performing well. All three of these variables showed a significant positive influence on employee performance simultaneously and partially. Total population of permanent employees 68 people and a sample of 58 respondents.

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan kebutuhan eksistensi, kebutuhan berhubungan, kebutuuhan pertumbuhan dan prestasi kerja karyawan, serta menganalisa pengaruh antar variabel secara simultan maupun secara parsial. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik proportional random sampling, dengan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Motivasi karyawan berdasarkan kebutuhan eksistensi, kebutuhan berhubungan, kebutuhan pertumbuhan pada karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Pembangunan Jawa Bagian Timur dan Bali II telah terlaksana dengan baik. Ketiga variabel tersebut menunjukan adanya pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan secara simultan dan parsial. Jumlah Populasi karyawan tetap 68 orang dan sampel sebanyak 58 responden.
