PENGARUH KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA KARYAWAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (STUDI PADA KARYAWAN BAGIAN PRODUKSI PT. SURYA ASBES CEMENT GROUP MALANG)

Abstract

PT. Surya Asbestos Cement Group is a prayer One of asbestos cement producer, its located in Malang. The author chose the company because the Singer Company is a Company That checklists Verify Program (K3) Occupational Health and Safety BECAUSE PT. Surya Asbestos Cement Group thinks that employees are entitled to get has been used K3 When WORK. Workforce should be protected from Danger and Disease resulting from the work environment so that employees feel safe hearts complete the job. Employee productivity is affected by health, WITH thus expected productivity of employees can be INCREASED to review support the success of the Company's Business and achieve its business objectives. Surya Asbestos Cement Group. The research method used is quantitative research and techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. Acquisition analysis is applied to prove the contribution of the two model of managerial program Health and Safety (K3), by 20.2% to form employee performance. It shows that the company has given a guarantee for employees in order to work safely and reduce the risk of accidents and increased employee comfort while working so that employees feel protected

ABSTRAK

PT. Surya Asbes Cement Group adalah salah satu produsen asbes semen yang berlokasi di Kota Malang. Penulis memilih perusahaan ini sebab perusahaan merupakan perusahaan yangmenerapkan program (K3) Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja karena PT. Surya Asbes Cement Group berfikir bahwa karyawan berhak mendapatkan fasilitasK3 saat bekerja. Tenaga kerja perlu dilindungi dari bahaya dan penyakit yang diakibatkan dari lingkungan kerja sehingga karyawan merasa aman dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaannya. Produktivitas karyawan dipengaruhi oleh kesehatannya, dengan demikian diharapkan produktivitas kerja karyawan dapat meningkat untuk mendukung keberhasilan bisnis perusahaan dan mencapai tujuan usahanya.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melakukan telaah lebih mendalam tentang pengaruh Keselamatan Kerja (X1) dan Kesehatan Kerja (X2) karyawan dg cara simultan dan parsial kepada Kinerja Karyawan (Y) PT. Surya Asbes Cement Group. Hanya penelitian kuantitatif yg bisa digunakan pada metode ini dan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Perolehan analisis yang dterapkan mbuktikan kontribusi ke-2 model program manajerial keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3), sebesar 20,2% untuk membentuk kinerja karyawan. Hal ini memberitahukan bahwa perusahaan telah memberikan jaminan bagi karyawan supaya bekerja dengan aman serta dapat mengurangi resiko kecelakaan kerja dan meningkatnya kenyamanan karyawan saat bekerja sehingga karyawan merasa dilindungi.
