PENERAPAN BALANCED SCORECARD SEBAGAI TOLOK UKUR KINERJA PERUSAHAAN (Study pada PT. Marinal Indoprima)

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find how the application of balanced scorecard as one of  measure the company performance. This research used a quantitative approach descriptive through financial report, customer report, production reports, and report an emlpoyee PT. Marinal Indoprima was started in 2011 up to 2013. Analysis the data based on the concept of balanced scorecar a guide researchers to outline information the performance of PT. Marinal Indoprima. Information the performance of PT. Marinal Indoprima who based on the concept of balanced scorecard show the performance on four perspective the financial perspective, customers perspective, bussines internal perspective, and growth and learning perspective. This research result indicates information performance measurement PT. Marinal Indoprima done with Balanced Scorecard 2011-2013 period.

ABSTRAK

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan Balanced Scorecard sebagai salah satu tolok ukur kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif melalui laporan keuangan, data pelanggan, data produksi, dan data karyawan PT. Marinal Indoprima dimulai tahun 2011 sampai dengan 2013. Analisis data yang berdasarkan konsep Balanced Scorecard menjadi pedoman peneliti untuk menjabarkan informasi kinerja PT. Marinal indoprima. Informasi kinerja PT. Marinal Indoprima yang berdasarkan  konsep Balanced Scorecard menunjukkan penilaian kinerja berdasarkan empat perspektif yaitu perspektif keuangan, perspektif pelanggan, perspektif bisnis internal, dan perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan informasi pengukuran kinerja PT. Marinal Indoprima yang dilakukan dengan Balanced Scorecard periode 2011-2013.
