PENGARUH KOMITMEN DAN ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR (OCB) TERHADAP KINERJA (Studi Pada Tenaga Keperawatan Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Soegiri Lamongan)

Abstract


This study aims to analyze and explain the significant effect of organizational commitment on the performance of the nursing staff, analyze and explain the significant effect of organizational citizenship behavior on the performance of the nursing staff, analyze and explain the significant effect of the influence of organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior on the performance of the nursing staff. Type of research used in this research was survey research in form of explanation (explanatory research). The samples used in this study were 58 nursing staff from Regional Public Hospital dr. Soegiri Lamongan. The sampling technique used was stratified random sampling by taking samples of employees from the Nursing Care Division of General Public Hospital dr. Soegiri Lamongan. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and inferential statistical analysis using multiple linear analysis by t-test and F as hypothesis testing. The results showed the variable organizational commitment have an impact on the performance of nursing staff of 0,307, while variable organizational citizenship behavior has an impact on the performance of nursing staff of 0,730.

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk, menganalisis dan menjelaskan signifikansi pengaruh komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja tenaga keperawatan, menganalisis dan menjelaskan signifikansi pengaruh organizational citizenship behavior tenaga keperawatan terhadap kinerja tenaga keperawatan, menganalisis dan menjelaskan signifikansi pengaruh komitmen organisasional dan organizational citizenship behavior tenaga keperawatan terhadap kinerja tenaga keperawatan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian survei yang bersifat penjelasan (explanatory research). Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 58 tenaga keperawatan RSUD dr. Soegiri Lamongan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah stratified random sampling dengan mengambil sampel dari karyawan Sub Bidang Pelayanan Keperawatan RSUD dr. Soegiri Lamongan. Analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial yang menggunakan analisis linier berganda dengan uji t dan F sebagai pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel komitmen organisasional memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja tenaga keperawatan sebesar 0,307, sedangkan variabel organizational citizenship behavior tenaga keperawatan memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja tenaga keperawatan sebesar 0,730.
