PENGARUH KEMUDAHAN DAN KEMANFAATAN SISTEM INFORMASI REKAM MEDIS TERHADAP KINERJA DOKTER (Studi Pada Dokter Rumah Sakit Islam Aisyiyah Jawa Timur, Malang )

Abstract

The objective of this research is to understand the influence of medical record information system on doctor performance, to examine the aspect of easiness behind the use of medical record information system on doctor performance and to recognice the aspect of usefullness of medical record information system on doctor performance.  The assesment of easiness and usefullness is functional to examine how far is the impact of the application of medical record information system on doctor performance. Medical record information system is becoming an important instrument which provides easiness and usefullness to doctor performance. Indeed, the usefullness and development of medical record information sysete are very crucial to achieve hospital goal.Research involves 43 doctors at Islam Hospital of Aisyiyah Malang. Data are collected with questionnaire. Sampling method is purposive sampling. The sample is determined by Slovin equation. Hypotheses are verified with multiple linier regression analysis. The conclusion of reasearch aprove that medical information system make effect on doctor performance and from partial test result, usefullness variable make dominan effect on doctor performance.

Abstrak

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh sistem informasi rekam medis terhadap kinerja dokter, pengaruh aspek kemudahan penggunaan sistem informasi rekam medis terhadap kinerja dokter, dan aspek kemanfaatan sistem informasi rekam medis terhadap kinerja dokter. Penilaian kemudahan dan kemanfaatan berfungsi untuk melihat seberapa besar dampak yang dirasakan dengan penerapan sistem informasi rekam medis terhadap kinerja dokter. Sistem informasi rekam medis merupakan satu instrumen penting dalam mempermudah dan bermanfaat bagi kinerja dokter sehingga pemanfaatan dan pengembangan sistem informasi rekam medis perlu dilaksanakan demi mencapai tujuan rumah sakit. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 43 orang dokter di Rumah  Sakit Islam  Aisyiyah  Malang. Pengumpulan data didapat dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Metode pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik sampling, dan jumlah sample ditentukan dengan model rumusan Slovin. Hipotesis yang dikemukakan dalam penelitian dibuktikan dengan pendekatan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian yang didapat mebuktikan bahwa sistem informasi rekam  medis berpengaruh  terhadap kinerja dokter dan dari hasil partial, variable kemanfaatan memiliki pengaruh yang paling dominan.
