PERSEPSI KARYAWAN TETAP ATRIA HOTEL & CONFERENCE MALANG ATAS PENGARUH KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA TERHADAP MOTIVASI KERJA DAN KINERJA KARYAWAN (Studi Karyawan Tetap Atria Hotel & Conference Malang)

Abstract

The purpose of this research to know perception permanent workers the Atria Hotel & Conference Malang over the influence of work safety and health to motivation work and employee performance. Data collection done through the distribution of the questionnaire that has been tested validity and reliability .Research locations was conducted in the Atria Hotel &  Conference Malang and population used are employees stick with the number of 118 .Number of employees fixed samples this research is 55 people .A method of the determination of sample used in the is random sampling , while a method of data processing used is analysis path .The research results show that the perception permanent workers the Atria Hotel & Conference Malang over the influence of work safety and health significant to motivation work and employee performance .

ABSTRAK

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui persepsi karyawan tetap Atria Hotel & Conference Malang atas pengaruh keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan . Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan realibilitasnya. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di Atria Hotel & Conference Malang dan populasi yang digunakan adalah karyawan tetap dengan jumlah 118. Jumlah karyawan tetap yang menjadi sampel penelitian ini adalah 55 orang. Metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah random sampling, sedangkan metode pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah analisis path. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi karyawan tetap Atria Hotel & Conference Malang atas pengaruh keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja berpengaruh signifikan  terhadap motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan.
