PENGARUH KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (Studi Pada Karyawan Bagian Pabrikasi PT. Pabrik Gula Krebet Baru Malang)

Abstract

This research was conducted as a form of observation against influence of  health and safety of the employee's performance, which is still a major issue and is the main slogan in a number of industrial companies. Type of this research is a survey research. The study took place at PT. Pabrik Gula Krebet Baru Malang by took part of manufacturing employee population. The amount of sample in this study amounted 75 respondents.The purpose of this research is to determine the safety and health program employees at PT. Pabrik Gula Krebet Baru Malang and to determine the safety and health programs simultaneously have a significant influence on employee performance.From the overall results of this study it can be concluded that the independent variables have a significant impact on employee performance simultaneously and partially. And from here it can be seen that both the independent variables were the most dominant influence on employee performance is occupational health because it has greatest a beta coefficient and t value.

Abstrak

Penelitian ini dilakukan sebagai bentuk pengamatan terhadap pengaruh keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan yang selama ini masih menjadi persoalan penting dan merupakan slogan utama di sejumlah industri perusahaan. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan ini adalah penelitian survey. Penelitian berlangsung di PT. Pabrik Gula Krebet Baru Malang dengan mengambil populasi karyawan bagian pabrikasi. Besarnya sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 75 responden.Tujuan dari peneltian ini adalah untuk mengetahui program keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja karyawan pada PT. Pabrik Gula Krebet Baru Malang dan untuk mengetahui program keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja karyawan secara bersama-sam mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel bebas mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan secara bersama-sama dan sendiri. Jadi dapat diketahui bahwa kedua variabel bebas tersebut yang paling dominan pengaruhnya terhadap Kinerja karyawan adalah Kesehatan kerja karena memiliki nilai koefisien beta dan t hitung paling besar.
